Pros
The best benefits and family culture. The owner is a legend in the industry and has a great aptitude for leading the company. I loved this company and was sad to have to leave. I just couldn't handle this ridiculous EOS business model any longer.
Cons
Senior Management has started implementing a new management philosophy called Traction-EOS. I would describe it as similar to a cult. The majority of the existing multiyear managers and directors are extremely unhappy with this. Many are looking for employment elsewhere, as i did, because its ridiculous. All you do is attend meeting after meeting regarding what needs to be accomplished. You're in so many meetings that there is no time left to actually get the work done!
