Great overall IT team. Nice modern building and IT have their own office. Canteen and Costa coffee!

Cons

A crazy number of bespoke IT systems to learn which didn't suit me. High call volume.

Pros

Working at DFS is enjoyable if you focus on the people you are working with directly

Cons

Communication between departments is hilariously bad. It is more important to point fingers and shift blame than find a solution.
