Pros

No one looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Salary says 42k + overtime + oncall. It's not it's £15 an hour there relying on overtime and call outs to boost your wage. If going for an interview please ask what the hourly rate is don't get lied to like the rest of us. The office seem to want to penalise you financially at any given opportunity. Keep an eye on your wage. Don't use the van for personal use as it will cost you a small fortune and play havoc with your tax code. Don't do any training as they will own you for 4 years unless you want to pay it back. Senior management in my opinion are as tight as they come they promise you payrises but don't deliver. On call is a pain and they do not offer sleep time or downtime.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind , maybe that they have car parking

Cons

Very clique. Strange rules that only certain members of staff have to follow, people are openly allowed to use offensive language (which even happens around senior management), you are pushed out if you do not fit in with their current staff, senior management using offensive language to describe past customers and the public.
