Pros

Many of the staff members are dedicated and genuinely want to contribute positively. The company handles meaningful projects and could operate at an exceptional level if internal processes and leadership consistency improved.

Cons

The biggest challenge was the lack of reliable direction from leadership. As a manager, I often had no clear priorities, no measurable goals, and very limited communication. Expectations shifted frequently and unpredictably, making it difficult to establish any real workflow or long-term strategy. Assignments were often unrelated to the actual role and were given without context, planning, or alignment with marketing responsibilities. When I attempted to build a structured approach — including analytics, reporting, and recommendations — the feedback loop was inconsistent, and follow-through was minimal. Leadership availability was unreliable, and decisions were often delayed, reversed, or unclear. This created a stressful environment where employees had to operate with incomplete information while trying to meet expectations that were never formally defined. Several coworkers quietly expressed similar frustrations, suggesting these challenges are systemic rather than isolated. Overall, the lack of communication, planning, and leadership presence made it extremely difficult to perform at the level expected for the role.
