Pros

It is an early stage company, with operations in Europe and U.S. Just VC backed up. They have a very interesting technology in the field of cyber incident response. The group is growing fast and they are very enthusiastic. Customers are high level and based worldwide. Company also has a professional service practice, mainly operating in EMEA and United States. When i walked first time into the office, a bit far from Milan in a beautiful country side, you feel you can really innovate and do something useful. Ceo is a perfectionist but very close to the employees, careful to their personal needs and quite friendly. I am relatiively new here, but the "old ones" told me the company culture made a great positive shift in the past 4 years. I am very happy so far.

Cons

Management is demanding, like their Customers. So the company could be "misunderstood" as too selective. Interviews are hard for technical people. But once you are in you are in.

Pros

A CEO who has the vision to help elevate us to the next level while leading from the front.

Cons

If you don't have a good sense of work/life balance you can get overwhelmed.

Pros

Provided me with the knowledge to never again join a company with a first time CEO

Cons

This is the worst company that I ever worked for with a total lack of respect for their employees. DFlabs replaced their entire US sales and marketing team within months of hiring them after being 'committed to the US'. The functionality of product was not at the level of the competition with no sense of urgency to come up to speed. Total disfunction across the company. The CEO told many falsehoods and couldn't trust anything that he stated. It reminded me of a joke my father used to say "how can you tell when an IBM salesman is lying....his lips are moving" I would caution anyone and think twice before joining DFlabs in the US if the goal is to make a good career move.
