Pros

Very professional team to work with Lots of room for growth Really care about their values - triple bottom line company. Place a heavy commitment on the environment with telecommute options and an almost paperless office, giving back to the community with money and time (including paid time off for volunteer efforts) and really care about the staff.

Cons

Heavy workload - strive for a work life balance but sometimes the workload can be a bit much

Pros

There are too many "pros" to possibly list - this is an amazing company to work for. Management, work-life balance (telecommute options, set your own standard hours), flexibility, power over your own career and success, opportunities for growth, financial perks (commissions and profit sharing), benefits, vacation perks (stat holidays, closed the week of Christmas, plus vacation time) - there is too much good to say. All these wonderful things from a company that is deeply rooted in their triple bottom line, with a near-paperless office and community engagement sponsoring non-profit events, and supporting employee volunteer engagement by offering paid time for volunteering events and a company Kiva employee program to give back both locally and globally.

Cons

Any potential cons are not within the business and rather within the industry - there are times it can be very busy, which some could find overwhelming. However, that is the nature of recruiting especially in a province very driven by oil prices. However, you do reap the rewards of the busy periods through commissions and profit sharing which makes it worth it in the end.
