      Pros

      Not much. You start as a temp in most cases. No paid time off no matter how long you work there. When you need a day, they feel as if you don't deserve it.

      Cons

      Corporate will not be up front with you about your status On being hired. Then when they finally meet with you ( after intentionally avoiding you) have a reason to not even consider it anymore. Wasted years myself. Pay is disheartening. Your pay stays the same as a temp no matter the time put in.

      People are friendly, training to get you up to speed, lot of hands on work

      Pros

      benefits with unlimited PTO is good but some people take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Poor management, many useless meetings which are wasting time.
