Hard working employees. Lower level employees work and help each other as much as they can. Friendly atmosphere for this kind of work.
Cons
Executive dexcrimination, lie to get you to work and promise advancement that will never be delivered. When the time comes, new person will get hired so they don't hVe to do the work of re arranging employees. Or training a new one...
