Pros
Basic sales training for someone new to outside sales, but it is out of date. There are a few friends to make.
Cons
Management is clearly taking advantage of college grads / HR nightmare / your 30k is really 23k because your " car allowance " is built into your small salary. Pretty much a pyramid scheme. Average life span of a rep is about 4 months. You will be treated very very poorly and work 50-60 hours a week. They look for people desperate to work , under valued, and under paid .
