Dear Ex-Employee,
Thanks for taking out time to share your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear about some of the unfavourable experiences you had at DEVtrust.
Feedback from our current and former employees is more than welcome as it helps us in taking corrective measures and improving ourselves.
Having said that, we would like to take this opportunity and address few points mentioned in your feedback.
As you are aware that we were under severe lockdown due to Covid-19 for a good part of 2020 which significantly limited our ability to replace systems quickly. Keeping in mind the situation all of us were in, we did our level best to cater to the needs of our team members. However, due to the unexpected and unprecedented situation, we might not have been able to do the needful at the desired efficiency.
When it comes to office politics, we can categorically state that none of it is encouraged by us at any point in time.
