No cons in totally but management could be better

Company has many project with different technology. Salaries also are not so bad. Possible to work from home

No work life balance, Very very stressful environment, It is really hard to reach to seniors or team leaders, high communication issues, Hr are supportive but not very effective, No clear plans to grew so it is easy to change all your plans according to the project needs, They are trying to apply agile but failing by far, Not recommended for juniors u will be wasting your time, Mid level and seniors according to salaries.
