Sometimes the time change can be a con if you need help in the afternoon, but they are very good about responding late or you can always get help the next day.
Very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the problems they are solving for clients. Have both short-term and long term plans they are executing and have growth plotted for best and worse-case scenarios. Good culture overall and they want you to succeed.

Sales org structure still being figured out. A little bit wild west sometimes. Interesting TAM in current time that always feels a little threatened by the major player in the space, but that could be said for a lot of startups. DESelect seems prepare to pivot and expand offering to counter outside competition, however.
