Management team is terrible, its made up of people who think they know everything, but don't actually know how to manage or lead people. Even worse all of them are friends, so they always look out for each other even when they say and do things that are out of pocket. They have been there for years, so they get together and promote themselves but don't really know how to lead or manage people. The company has terrible diversity, oh its so bad, they will tell you they are diverse because of gender, 75% of people are female. But how is that diversity when that 75% is white females? They say they are working on it, but years later it only got worse and they literally started actually thinking about it when it almost cost them losing a client.
