Pros

I got paid on time.

Cons

More interested in the profit than the culture and wellbeing of their employees. It was once a great place to work but has slowly turned into a toxic environment where asking questions can get you reported to management or you are gotten rid of under the pretence of not being a good “culture” fit. Micromanagement is rife throughout the development department with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers constantly asking for updates every hour to 2 hours leading into frustration and lack of respect towards developers. Complaints about employees behaviour are not taken seriously and ignored by Management and HR which has caused people to leave. Mental health well being is not treated well at this company, they put on a pretence of understanding with a small talk/presentation but that is just a tokenism. During my time working their a large number of employees have voiced up about declining mental health which has been ignored. The workload is absolutely atrocious, employees are left with too many plates to juggle trying to work on several clients at the same time and all management respond with is that it is a “fast paced” environment. No chance for career progression as their excuses are always that there are no projects to move onto.

Pros

Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

Cons

I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.

Pros

The design team is very talented and kind.

Cons

Very boring agency to work at. They only claim the agency is not doing good, "we don't have money" so no raises, 1.2% merit increases this year. This doesn't even keep up with inflation rate. At this company you will just be a number on a spreadsheet, waiting to get laid off because they would rather use a million different AI than hire any entry level positions. They fail almost every pitch because the leadership is empty-headed, comes in and changes the entire concepts and decks. And they claim they are very transparent and B-corp but they discriminate against POC all the time and lie about your prospects at their company. It's really not worth your nerves to work for them.
