- salary not in line with rest of automotive industry in germany - management not up to date to latest technologies - old school management style - lot of tasks were closer to those of an intern or good technician than to the ones of an engineer - no interns due to unestablished brand - understaffed for what we were trying to achieve - unequal treatment between German and Japanese employees
