      Pros

      Denso has fairly good benefits, They also have profit sharing and usually will match up to 7% of 401k contributions. It changes yearly since this is how profits are shared.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not always the best. Also, you have to be in the "in" crowd to be promoted easily.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
