      friendly environment and the individuals are willing to help you learn and improve no cubicles which makes it easier to communicate and not feel secluded

      Cons

      Low salary to begin. Should be more competitive when it comes to keeping employees happy salary wise.

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
