Not the same DENSO it was 10yrs ago - Team Leader DENSO Employee Review

Manpower, and managers that were promoted for doing something well or yrs at Denso but they can't lead and they do not support TL's on the floor. Love your people but what about the team leaders that go through hell daily. Manpower issues, part shortages and always scheduled for weekends on Monday to get canceled on Friday. People can't plan with our families but the managers making the decisions are at home with their families.
