Worse training ever. Favoritism from management. Politic is bad on production floor. Manager and assistant manager have extra set of eye on production floor, if you make those people mad then you are done deal. Manager and Assistant manager messing around with worker on production floor. If You look nice and you are a lady. It will be a good company to work for because you will get promote very fast if the managers like you. HR will do what the managers tell them to do, HR doesn't investigate what going on before the write you up. They just do what production managers tell them. I could make some money if I stay there little bit longer, I am about to find out the relationship between Tha managers and worker (Girl). I ask the lawyer to get involve, the lawyer is very interested but too bad I got a job offer. The managers are lucky, I hope some day somebody like me, understand the law maybe we can punish these kinds of people.
