      Fast paced, great learning experience and opportunities to exceed and expand your knowledge through out the company. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      The hours of operation not very convenient for families. Only hiring in on second shift not convenient for all families.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
