      DENSO provides an amazing Co-op for current students. Flexible with hours. Excellent cafeteria at DIAM. Show up, work hard, continue learning and this will be a truly enjoyable experience.

      Cons

      Each department has their own form of politics. Some departments better to work with than other.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
