      1. Approval of HOD is easy 2. Heirarchy is very simple 3. Easily gain Product knowledge irrespective of whatever background you are from 4. Very co-operative colleagues

      Cons

      1. There's a lot of overtime work. So work life balance may go for a toss. But if managed properly then it's not an issue

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
