Job is challenging and can be rewarding. There is room for advancement if you are willing to put forth the effort. You can learn a lot from working here, again with effort.
Cons
There are plenty of terrible managers, especially over certain departments. They have a habit of writing people up in order to stop them from going to other departments or gaining promotions. Horrible training by horrible trainers.
