Pros
In house cafeteria. Lots of chances to do volunteer (charity) work. Company trips to major league baseball and football games. Decent health insurance.
Cons
Management is terrible. No one ever knows what's going on. We work weekends, and upper management does not show up. If you a good, hard worker, they will quickly take advantage of that. They expect too much sometimes. They expect you to do other people's job. Gets really stressful. Lots and lots of hours are put in.
