      Pros

      The company offers 30 days of vacation, 6 flexdays per year (before there were 12 days) and an average salary. I can't really think of more good things.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a good personnel development plan specially at its AMIS business unit. HR don't care much about employees needs or complains. Additionally, there's a lack of strategic thinking and bad management in some business units.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
