> Very good welfare from belgian superiors > Comfortable site accomodation for foreign employees like myself > Good meals provided by inhouse canteen > Comfortable workload
Cons
> Very unprofessional behaviour of one of the section heads who is judgemental, vulgar, ractist, un-knowledeable in his field, domineering, advocates a culture of blame, does not give clear instructions, discrimatory, controlling to workers, and not doing much work.
