Not a single pro. It's a shop not company.
Cons
Worst management. Stone age projects. Pathetic pay. Excessive work load. No career growth. Hike of 2℅. Managers have no clue what's going on in the projects they are handling. Most poisonous work culture. Petty politics and blame game. Just to get a small job done you have to raise thousands of tickets again and again, because everyone keeps putting it on others. Not a single person is there ready to shoulder responsibility.
