      Both the flexible schedule and unlimited PTO went away. The Support supervisor doesn't like long-time employees, as he sees them as unable to conform to his new way of doing things.

      Opportunities for growth and development (read: trial by fire), decent benefits

      Sales-centric culture, below average pay, long hours and little-to-no work-life balance expected, poor leadership and lack of care around deep-seated issues. Lots of talk about culture but no action behind it.
