      Pros

      Courses offered at head office; although there is no discount to the courses. Finds you a good location near home or preferred area. Great buildings, good staff, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Promote who they want to. Some Managers have no experience or don't know what they are doing. Other good employees are overlooked or dragged along with false promises. Very low pay for Administrators.

      Great hours, Excellent knowledge if your willing to learn Great residents.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Expect to much results without putting in any hardwork. Treat employees like minions. Low pay.
