Owner is major problem, was more proud of himself than anything and had some huge age biases. Anything wrong was due to millennials and there was nobody else in the building under 35 years old. The place seems like a sweatshop with an incredibly rude owner that belittles others. I walked in looking for a dream job ready to take a pay cut from my current job and walked out thinking there is nothing in the world that would make me join that company. Just looking I could tell there was quality control issues and generally a sketchy company. When asked for what I expected compensation I gave a number slightly above what I was currently making and was told I don’t get to choose how much I am paid. I went in at 28 years old with 4 years of engineering background and the owner asked for my parents phone numbers to get their opinion. Super weird
