      Pros

      There are some good people working there but they are scared and can not leave. I hate myself for being a slave to the man.

      Cons

      The owner, my boss, is horrible and full of rage. I have to stay on his good side to keep my job. This eats at my conscience.

      I Love working @ DECA Health /CC4PM ❣️👊👍I am truly BLESSED 😇 w/ my Genuine, Compassionate, & Intelligent Managers & Co-Workers 👂. They are definitely my 2nd Family 💒. I am given UNWAVERING support & positive ENCOURAGEMENT 👊! I absolutely Love ❤️ the company parties 🎉 !!! Also a major factor is they work w/ me in regard to Doctor apts for Daughter. I can't express the gratitude I have because of that. They also provide great health benefits ⛑️. I have NEVER felt more appreciated by an Employer before !!!
