      Pros

      Working at DE-CIX is a lot of fun. The colleagues are great and there is a lot of cohesion. If you have questions or problems, you can always talk to someone. Overall, the way people treat each other is very appreciative. Also worth mentioning is the wide range of sports and language programs, the flexible working hours as well as the monthly after-work events.

      Cons

      Within DE-CIX, flat hierarchies exists, which makes it possible to work at eye level, even with the board members. However, this means that there are no fixed career paths.
