Pros

I get a paycheck from them.

Cons

401k matching is 3 % and matches zero until 1 year and then 50% until 2nd year anniversary Bonus pool (that they tout) takes 6 or so years to vest. Nothing until third year. Insurance is relatively poor and quite the hassle to work with from prescription coverage deniers to lots they don't cover. Unlimited vacation just doesn't work as they are always under crush and won't allow more than a day or so off a week. (Hint - get forward vacation well in advance pre-approved).

I am sorry that your experience with DDN was not positive. Our Annual bonus plan is annual and does not require a vesting period so not sure why you thought it would take 6 years to vest? Are you thinking of another company? The 401k Employer match is up to $3,000 and not 3% as you described. And the Prescription coverage is one of the best plans in the market but there will always be a prescription that may not be covered. However we are constantly updating any coverage gaps based on employee feedback. We do enjoy an unlimited vacation plan for salaried employees and allow time off for individuals to be with family and friends.

Pros

There WERE great people who worked there. But wow, they are dropping like flies. “Unlimited” PTO

Cons

Benefits are weak, pay is way below industry for engineers. Leadership is literally ripping out entire departments from the top down.A VP is fired, the new person starts, the new person fires the entire team and replaces it with their own people. A person will be let go and days later the replacement will start. It has impacted so many departments and isn’t stopping any time soon. I’ve already seen it happen in Product/engineering, Finance, HR, Recruiting and other outlying departments. Most people I’m aware of are actively looking because they know the goal is to basically rebuild the company with all new people. It’s chaotic, it’s toxic, RUN!
