Pros

Product is decent, competes well in its niche space.

Cons

Absolutely the worst leadership I have ever worked for. I was forutnate to have a good realtionship with the person who managed me, and he was great to work for. The CEO and President are both absolutely terrible human beings. Belittle people at Sales kickoffs in front of the entire company, swear at people and then to top it off, steal commissions from your sales. It is very unfortunate that they are even still around. I cant believe they have not been sued yet.........maybe they have. If they discount a deal at certain values it comes out of commission! Guess what, in order to sell the product and be competitive you have no choice but to discount at these levels. These positive reviews are clearly from people who are not in sales or dont have to engage with the owners of the company (Paul specifically). Do yourself a favor and think very carefully before you accept a job here. I thought EMC had some challenges, this makes EMC look like Disneyland!

Pros

There WERE great people who worked there. But wow, they are dropping like flies. “Unlimited” PTO

Cons

Benefits are weak, pay is way below industry for engineers. Leadership is literally ripping out entire departments from the top down.A VP is fired, the new person starts, the new person fires the entire team and replaces it with their own people. A person will be let go and days later the replacement will start. It has impacted so many departments and isn’t stopping any time soon. I’ve already seen it happen in Product/engineering, Finance, HR, Recruiting and other outlying departments. Most people I’m aware of are actively looking because they know the goal is to basically rebuild the company with all new people. It’s chaotic, it’s toxic, RUN!
