Pros

- Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

- No hike to employees - No promised bonus payouts to employees although targets are achieved - Always have some excuses during the time of the year to give bonuses and hikes - No replacement is hired for employees who leave, their job is divided among the remaining folks - Zero efforts to hold talented resources - Management level talks are not passed onto the employee's chain - Frequent management changes - Ready to give 100% hike to new employees but cannot give 20% to existing employees - No other benefits apart from salary

Thank you for your feedback as we take input from current and former employees seriously. We encourage all employees to raise their concerns with their manager or alternatively with any member of management or global HR team members. This will hopefully allow us time to understand and create action plans to address what we can do to continuously improve employees lives.

Pros

There WERE great people who worked there. But wow, they are dropping like flies. “Unlimited” PTO

Cons

Benefits are weak, pay is way below industry for engineers. Leadership is literally ripping out entire departments from the top down.A VP is fired, the new person starts, the new person fires the entire team and replaces it with their own people. A person will be let go and days later the replacement will start. It has impacted so many departments and isn’t stopping any time soon. I’ve already seen it happen in Product/engineering, Finance, HR, Recruiting and other outlying departments. Most people I’m aware of are actively looking because they know the goal is to basically rebuild the company with all new people. It’s chaotic, it’s toxic, RUN!
