Pros

I don't think there is any up side of working here. Nothing to appreciate. Every aspect of the company is very BAD.

Cons

*Work culture is REALY bad. *No appreciation and motivation to the employees.They are being treated as labourers with no respect. *Higher management think very highly of themselves and have no respect for the people working under them. *Higher management lacks leadership, vision and most importantly basic management skills. *The processes are stupid and slow (HR and Finance). No authority given to people working in India. *They just want dumb people who will follow what they ask for and not have brains of their own. *Higher people in the team are DESPERATE and hog all the work and CREDIT. *Team coordination, basic communication, facilities , compensation , raise, work environment , work culture and the attitude towards employees ; everything is DISGUSTING at so many LEVELS! *People working in the company are being told to write good reviews. **This is the level **. These people have a long way to go! Or else they are not to survive at-least in India. *My advice to people thinking to join this company : DO NOT JOIN!! YOU WILL SUFFER AND WILL HAVE NO GROWTH.

Pros

There WERE great people who worked there. But wow, they are dropping like flies. “Unlimited” PTO

Cons

Benefits are weak, pay is way below industry for engineers. Leadership is literally ripping out entire departments from the top down.A VP is fired, the new person starts, the new person fires the entire team and replaces it with their own people. A person will be let go and days later the replacement will start. It has impacted so many departments and isn’t stopping any time soon. I’ve already seen it happen in Product/engineering, Finance, HR, Recruiting and other outlying departments. Most people I’m aware of are actively looking because they know the goal is to basically rebuild the company with all new people. It’s chaotic, it’s toxic, RUN!
