Fun environment, hard-working, do not do the same things every day, company culture outside of work is fun, very collaborative.

Some management decisions are questionable.

A very unique and diverse set of young and hard working employees. Very laid back time management with creative freedom. Lots of leeway when it comes to personal time. The team will work hard for your business. Friendly owner who does care for her employees. I really enjoyed working here, most of the time.

Very unstructured business model with no real plan for growth. Sometimes questionable and immature workplace culture and atmosphere. Some undermining and hush talk was prevalent between employees. There is no HR or upper management, so it reflects as if the “inmates run the asylum.” Likability is valued more than experience here, so you either need to have a lot of charisma or no backbone in order to stay for long.
