Don't go to ddb - Account Supervisor DDB Employee Review

- Racist and homophobic account lead - Sr. management did not care about the account or the team members and used our fee to pay work on other accounts while we were struggling because of how understaffed we were - Bad relationship with DDB sister agencies - Zero recognition of hard work - Got a promotion after fighting for it for months and did not receive the salary compensation before I left. Pretty much served as AAE, AE, and Account Supervisor with an AE salary - Employee benefits SUCK - Office looked like the agency never left the 1950s - No encouragement for mingling with other employees
