Pros
I really enjoy working for a company with a good company culture, especially when it comes to social events. It's great to have opportunities to connect with my colleagues outside of work and build relationships with them on a personal level. These events can range from happy hours and team outings to volunteering and community service events. Not only do social events help foster a sense of community within the company, but they also contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Cons
The salary level seems to be quite low, and there doesn't seem to be much of a connection between management and the team.
