Nothing except for the glamorous sunset.
Cons
Work from 10 am till midnight 2-3 am every day and even on both Saturday and Sunday. Huge workload and a stressful environment without any compensation. Work-life is totally not balanced from the first day entering the company. Deprived of personal time and life.
