      Pros

      Teamwork is superb, everyone strives to give customers the best service and support. Always keeping positive is a key strength at DD, colleagues go that extra mile to support each other. Everyone works so hard, but a good emphasis on work/life balance is great. Would highly recommend working for the DD Group

      Pros

      Opportunity galore. Once a great name and company that cared for its people.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Terrible working environment, Clueless leadership. Thankfully the private equity owner finally took action to exit the imposter at the helm, but sadly the HR leader remains which is the core of the cultural problems that run deep throughout the majority of the businesses within it's so called 'Group'. Such a shame.
