Fun, collaborative environment. Management is great and very responsive. Ramp up and training is easy to follow and Slack channel to ask any questions. Very dynamic product.

Decent Product Co workers generally speaking were pleasant remote work

micromanagement to a level that felt insulting end up being motivated from fear rather than the prospect of success management has an unrealistic view of the company and where improvements need to be made leadership had a hard time bringing value or coaching to the table due to little to no industry experience outside of their long experience at DCatalog way to much infighting, hard to have a conversation with management that did not evoke emotion
