      Pros

      Opportunity to put your hands on many different projects and technologies. Level of tech and sophistication is particularly advanced. Management trusts you to independently track, control and complete projects. Great way to stay sharp with latest tech. Pay, retirement benefits and coworkers are all great. Most are very self-driven to get things done.

      Cons

      Not a great place to be if you can't work independently and require supervision to stay on task and bring in quality work. Management prefers to stay hands-off.

      Pros

      1. You get to wear many different hats. Good way to gain experience. 2. Relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      1. Benefits aren’t great. 2. It is a family run company so there are a lot of family politics that bleed into the workplace. 3. Nepotism. 4. Unprofessional way of handling social situations. This creates a toxic work environment for everyone. 5. I noticed not all senior members could voice their ideas and opinions. Result of poor management.
