2. It is a family run company so there are a lot of family politics that bleed into the workplace.
3. Nepotism.
4. Unprofessional way of handling social situations. This creates a toxic work environment for everyone.
5. I noticed not all senior members could voice their ideas and opinions. Result of poor management.
