Run away as fast as you can! - Anonymous employee DCR Employee Review

As a subcontractor with DCR benefits did not exist. They offered us two weeks of leave without any increase no matter how long you have been with the company. There was no room for professional growth and their attitude was if you dont like it you can find another job. The original contract with another company came to an end and a big company took it over and subbed it out to DCR. They cut everyone’s pay in half and took away all of our benefits. This has made me question working in the contract world. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life as a professional. My advice is if you hear that DCR will be taking over your contract look for another job fast!
