Competitive pay- though many hours are the norm.

Shockingly unprofessional environment for a 15 year old business with “over 400 employees.” This place’s lifeblood is rooted in politics and huge egos. Drama runs rampant and is rarely based on facts or addressed directly with the affected parties. They preach autonomy but managers are quick to tell you how to do things, are constantly changing systems based on non-experienced opinions of office based employees who have never swung a hammer or a business. Overall, if you’re looking to fake it till you make it, this is a great place to work- you’ll be surrounded by many others doing the exact same thing. Hopeful they can turn it around, but the politics are significant and will affect your daily work life.
