Centrally located within the metro, fair amount of PTO awarded and free food.
Cons
There has been a complete turnover in HR which has led to high turnover amongst the tenured staff. HR is focused on supporting entry-level staff while giving the Managers no assurance or backup to manage those not meeting KPI’s. Our new CEO is only concerned with making money and hasn’t even thought to introduce himself to the Managers (he also took over a huge conference room for his office, bit much?) Wage increases were based on industry standard, not for merit or hard work throughout the year. HR has us hiring anyone with a pulse then becomes baffled with the retention issues.
