I never had any problem in approaching my seniors for any help. Any issues addressed by me were attended and discussed and resolved within a short span of time. The work environment is very cordial and friendly and anyone lends a hand in helping others. There is a very good Work/Life balance here. The company is always on the path of expansion in terms of technology in Workfront and they keep their employees happy by receiving feedback from them and engage them in new upcoming projects. There is always a periodic cross-functional training at regular intervals. To my knowledge this is by far the best company to work with
