Pros

Some people are very friendly

Cons

The company changes sales reps’ compensation plans every year and is consistently late in providing the new structures. There are minimal tools and resources to support the sales team. Processes for completing tasks after a sale are poorly designed and make it difficult to get things done efficiently. Leadership shows little accountability, which undermines trust and confidence. The HR leader is rarely present or accessible when needed. Works out of the country half the year. Employees are mandated to return to the office while certain leaders continue to work from home full time, creating a sense of unfairness. There is zero employee recognition, leaving achievements unnoticed and unappreciated. There are no company-wide updates to share what each department is working on or to communicate the overall vision. Speaking up with concerns or differing opinions is discouraged employees fear retaliation or even termination for raising issues. There is minimal opportunity for career advancement. Poor performers are retained for too long, dragging down morale and fostering a negative environment.

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

They hire a bunch of callers to get through all their lists of patrons who have never given before, and then fire you if you can't get enough donations. They set you up for failure, it's more about luck then anything.
