Awful company. - Administrative DCK Group Employee Review

Everything. There is no proper training when you join this company. They show you how to do something once or twice and expect you to never answer another question and god forbid you do. There are no up to date process guides the last one being updated in June 2023? Insane. The managers take hours to reply to your messages but then tell you off for asking someone else?! I made a few minor mistakes when I joined this company which is extremely normal for a new employee that has been there less than 2 months with bare minimum standard training and was told there’s no confidence for me there. Had to ask for my one month review and it was late, this is standard in any company as a new joiner so this is a red flag. The team spirit is minimal and it generally is poor standard everywhere.
